Tell us about your project

Send us an email, give us a call or fill in the contact form. Describe what you need - a simultaneous Russian interpreter, a consecutive interpreter, interpretation equipment, a written translation - in as much detail as you can. The more specific the information, the more accurate our estimate will be.

We get back to you with an estimate

Within 24 hours we will contact you to discuss the details - location, mode of interpretation, equipment, translation requirements - and send you an estimate for the project. At that point we also agree on prepayment or a deposit. We typically ask for a deposit on projects over $2,000 and when working with a new client.

Pay by credit card

Once you receive our invoice, make your payment and the assignment is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards. On large projects payment can also be made by bank transfer or, in some cases, by corporate check. A processing fee of up to 3% may apply to credit card payments.

To join our network, a linguist must meet at least the following requirements:

At least 5 years of professional interpreting experience
Accreditation by a recognized industry body
A passing score on the U.S. Department of State interpreting exam, or a 5/5/5 rating (the highest possible) on the Foreign Service Institute language test
Full-time professional practice as a Russian linguist
