A visit to the United States involves a hundred small arrangements before the first meeting starts: hotel bookings, airport pickups, rental cars, trade-show registration, appointments with doctors or lawyers, SIM cards, a working printer for the documents that were supposed to be signed yesterday. For a delegation that does not speak English, each of these is a phone call it cannot make. We make them.
Since 1995 we have helped Russian-speaking companies, agencies and families get organized on this side of the ocean. The interpreter who will accompany your group is usually the one who handles the logistics ahead of time, which means that on arrival the people meeting you already know your names, your schedule and your preferences. We book and confirm, we call the venue about the projector, we find the clinic that takes walk-ins, we talk to the airline when a bag goes missing, and we are reachable by telephone throughout the visit for the things nobody planned.
Logistics assistance is billed by the hour at our consecutive interpretation rate, or included in a daily rate when the same interpreter accompanies the delegation. Travel and out-of-pocket expenses are passed through at cost and agreed in advance. If you are planning a visit, send us the rough dates and what you need arranged, and we will come back with a plan and an estimate.
